Zusammenfassung:	A glenoid implant assembly (10) is provided. The assembly includes a first component (12) for attachment to the glenoid fossa (14) of a scapula (16). The first component defines an assembly face (18) of the first component. The assembly also includes a second component (20) removably secured to the first component. The second component includes an assembly face (22) of the second component. The assembly face of the second component is in close approximation to the assembly face of the first component. The second component is attachable to the first component in a direction generally normal to the assembly faces.
