Databus interface for a controller and controller with a databus interface

The interface for a controller (1) includes two computers (2, 3), especially microprocessors, which communicate with one another over an internal, or local, data bus (8) and two transceiver units (11, 12) connected either to one external data bus (13) or to two different external data buses (13, 29). The two microprocessors are thus connected either to the same external data bus or to the two different data buses. Preferably the internal data bus comprises two lines (9, 10), which are attached without transceiver units to the two microprocessors.
