A stripping border (12), concerning a pulling direction (5) of the device is provided behind the discharge opening (9) such as being predominantly transverse to the pulling direction. A catch is provided and adjustable for a closing element (27) assigned to the discharge opening. The closing element is predominantly mobile against the pulling direction (5) of a slidegate valve. The closing element in an open position cooperates with an adjuster. The adjuster is movably stored into an outer grasp position.
