A work-flow analysis unit (3) analyses a work sequence from at least the applications-processing unit (1) and/or the input unit (2), and preloading matrix (PM) establishes a initial-loading specification for at least one prognosis-application (PA1 to PA4) depending on at least one active-application (AA0), and a preloading unit (4) for loading the established prognosis application in to the applications processing unit (1) depending on the preloading matrix (PM), when an active application is started. The work flow-analysis unit (3) generates the loading specification of the preloading matrix (PM) depending on the analysis result. An independent claim is included for a method for accelerating application access times.
