Partly-crystalline, partly-aromatic, thermoplastic copolyamides obtained by the condensation of a monomer mixture based on (a) terephthalic acid and (c) 6-18C linear aliphatic alpha ,omega -diamino-alkane(s), which also contains (b) dimerised fatty acid(s) with up to 30 carbon atoms.
