Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a very quick method of measuring a specific absorption rate (SAR) in a phantom filled with a liquid which reconstitutes the dielectric properties of a biological tissue, said phantom being exposed to a microwave emission from an antenna. The method is characterised in that it comprises the following steps consisting in: measuring the amplitude and phase of the electric field inside the phantom, for a plurality of points on a given surface which is defined in a concentration near-field zone of said electric field; performing a near-field near-field transformation from the data measured on the surface such as to determine the electric field in the volume inside the phantom; and calculating the value of the SAR.
