Zusammenfassung:The biological material is treated by electroporation. Cell fluids are separated from the biological material. The biological material is extracted. The content of biological cell material in the cell fluid and the extract are preserved. Separation of cell fluid from the biological material is achieved by mechanical loading, e.g. by tumbling. The mechanical loading is always less than 2 MPa. The separation takes place in a screw, preferably a solid screw. Extraction takes place at preferably 45-60[deg]C and is alkaline. The biological material comprises sugar beet, i.e. beta vulgaris, and/or sugar beet chippings. An independent claim is included for corresponding plant.
