Longitudinal adjuster for a vehicle seat

The car seat adjusting system comprises central rails (12) which slide between inner rails (11a, 13b). The system is driven by spindles (20) cooperating with spindle nuts (21). An additional spindle (30) is mounted above one of the other spindles.
