Zusammenfassung:	A process regulates an automotive oil pump or hydraulic fluid pump. In a first-stage operation in conformity with control parameters linked to a pre-determined rotational speed. In the second-stage operation determines the actual speed of pump rotation which is compared with the target value. In a third stage operation a second regulating parameter is generated which is then overlain on the first. This correction takes place while the pump is in operation. Also claimed is a commensurate pump assembly and control system.
