Zusammenfassung:	Sliding board, especially a ski (1), comprises a running surface (2), steel edges (3), an upper shell (5), a prefabricated core (6), and at least one interface element (7), preferably a rail-shaped profiled guide element, that is connected to the board body by anchoring elements (11) and is used for arranging at least one binding element on the upper side of the board. The interface element is positioned and held on the upper shell by the anchoring elements already during construction of the board. An independent claim is also included for the production of a sliding board, especially a ski.
