The mounting aid is permanently connected to the top surface so that the ski and mounting aid form an integral unit with regard to mechanical properties. Independent claims are also included for: (1) Production of a ski with a mounting aid for a binding or its components, especially in the form of a binding plate; and (2) Mounting aid, especially a binding plate.
