Zusammenfassung: | The piston has a one-part body (6) with a peripheral projecting web (12) next to an end face. Parallel support webs extend from the peripheral web to the other piston end face. At least some of the support webs have a cross groove, and every two neighboring webs define a groove-shaped aperture with an open end facing away from the projecting web. A collar-like seal (9) of heat-deformable sealing material is formed on the piston body, so that all webs are at least partially formed in the collar material. The piston with integral is produced from a green compact, which is pressed from a sinterable metallurgic powder in a first stage. In a second stage, the green compact is sintered to form a blank (6.1), and this is finished by cold forming and pressing with calibrating tools |
