L'invention concerne un coussin antidérapant pour un ballon d'exercice avec une forme creuse en anneau pour empêcher le glissement du ballon d'exercice vers l'extérieur. Le coussin (1), qui est réalisé dans un matériau antiglissant, a la forme d'un anneau tubulaire (12), et délimite une zone intérieure circulaire (11) ouverte destinée à recevoir un ballon d'exercice (2).
