Medical device comprising instrument insert and means for blocking the movement of the handle

Medical instrument comprises an insert (42) and a handle (1) detachedly connected to each other. An operating rod (52) of the insert is detachedly connected to a moving handle part (4) of the handle via a locking connection (54). Blocking devices are provided to block the moving handle part when the operating rod is detached. Preferred Features: A receiver (8) connected to the handle part is arranged in the handle to connect to the proximal end of the operating rod. The blocking devices have a blocking element (14) which can be moved by spring element (16) into a blocking position and from the proximal end of the operating rod into a detached position against the force of the spring element.
