The symbol on the graphics display can be moved to a position, which represents a spot in the vehicle's interior, at which the loudness distribution is to be adjusted. An independent claim is also included for a method for adjusting a motor vehicle's audio equipment with loudspeakers at different positions in the vehicle's interior.
