Zusammenfassung:A hydraulic circuit (11) has a rotary slide valve (5) and a steering cylinder (6) allocated to it. A control valve (CV) (7) adjusts a volume flow of a hydraulic substance subject to need and fits on a steering assistance pump (SAP) (1) on a pressure side so that the CV measures out a volume flow (Q) from the SAP into a first basic partial flow (A) and a second control partial flow (B). An Independent claim is also included for a method for operating a steering assistance device.
