Zusammenfassung: | Solid electrolyte condensers with a dielectric-coated porous electrode, a solid electrolyte and a layer containing a polymeric anion plus a polyaniline or polythiophene, in which this outer layer also contains a binder. Electrolytic condensers containing a porous electrode, a dielectric on the surface of the electrode material, a solid electrolyte containing a conductive material covering some or all of the dielectric surface and a layer (A) on the covered parts containing polymeric anion(s) and optionally substituted polyaniline(s) and/or polythiophene(s) with repeating units of formula (I) and/or (II). Layer (A) also contains binder(s). [Image] A : optionally substituted 1-5C alkylene; R : 1-18C alkyl, 5-12C cycloalkyl, 6-14C aryl, 7-18C aralkyl or 1-4C hydroxyalkyl (all optionally substituted), or a hydroxyl group; x : 0-8. An independent claim is also included for a method for the production of electrolytic condensers in which a solid electrolyte is obtained by coating the dielectric layer with precursors of conductive polymers, plus oxidising agents and optionally counter-ions (optionally in the form of solutions) and then polymerising by chemical oxidation at -10 to 250[deg]C, or by coating with precursors of conductive polymers plus counter-ions (optionally from solution) and then polymerising by electrochemical oxidation at -78 to 250[deg]C, after which the layer containing a polymeric anion, polymer(s) with units (I) and/or (II) and binder(s) is applied from a dispersion containing these components. |
