Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a leaf spring consisting of several different layers made of different high polymer materials, whereby the leaf spring respectively comprises a rolled end of a spring which is arranged on both ends thereof. The aim of the invention is to rectify the disadvantages of prior art in general terms and the characteristic part of the first patent claim and the other patent claims 2-7. Said leaf spring should be developed in an easy, low maintenance manner, comprising predominantly plastic parts. According to the invention, the leaf springs consist of several plastic layers known per se, whereby at least one thereof is a soft, elastic layer (4) acting as an absorbing layer made of an elastomer sandwiched between at least two layers (1; 2) or (1; 3) made of an elastic plastic and the at least one elastomer layer (4) is provided with a recess in order to receive a non-compressible filling piece (5) in the region of the spring. The connection between the spring (1; 2; 4) or (1; 2; 3, 4) and the bundle of springs (7) is substantially free of any indentations as a result of the interlocking link between the filling piece (5) and the bundle of springs (7) which is preferably carried out by means of screws (8). |
