Zusammenfassung:	Herein disclosed is a signal adjusting apparatus (100) which comprises a movable member (104) which is movable in a movable range composed of a plurality of intervals, a first detecting device (110) which detects one of the intervals where the movable member (104) is located, the first detecting device (110) being constituted by a first movable portion (111) mounted on the movable member (104) and a first fixed portion (112) spaced apart from the first movable portion (111), a second detecting device (120) which detects aposition of the movable member (104) within the interval detected by the first detecting device (110), the second detecting device (120) being constituted by a second movable portion (121) mounted on the movable member (104) and a second fixed portion (122) spaced apart from the second movable portion (121), and an adjusting device (140) which adjusts an electrical signal based on an adjustment state corresponding to the position of the movable member (104).
