Zusammenfassung:	The hard roof, which can be folded and stored in the boot, comprises two longitudinally adjacent rigid elements (1,2), the rear edge of the first element being articulated on the front edge of the second. There are at least two centering wedges (7-10), a first wedge (8) being mounted in the vicinity of the first element rear edge and the second wedge (9,10) of each pair of wedges being mounted in the vicinity of the second element front edge opposite the first wedge. The first wedge of each pair comprises a rear stop surface (11,12) arranged so that it can cooperate with a front stop surface (13,14) of the second wedge when the roof covers the passenger compartment.
