METHOD FOR WINDING A MULTIPOLE STATOR

The invention relates to a method for winding a multipole stator with inwardly-facing poles on an electric motor, whereby wire coils (28) are wound about the pole and the wound pole then pressed into a magnetic return yoke (14). Before the winding process the poles are set in an auxiliary tool (40), similar to a magnetic return yoke (14), where the auxiliary tool (40) has an internal diameter (dH) greater than the internal diameter (dR) of the magnetic return yoke (14), the pole set in the auxiliary tool (40) is wound, the pole extracted from the auxiliary tool (40) after the winding process by means of an auxiliary device, displaced radially inwards to the position corresponding to the arrangement in the magnetic return yoke (14) and then fitted in the magnetic return yoke (14).
