The second substrate is a read-through substrate and is capable of transmitting less than about 10% of light in a wavelength in the range of about 455 nanometers and about 620 nanometers. The reactive layer can comprise a carrier and a reactive material. The reactive material can be capable of undergoing a reaction such that after the reaction a percent reflectivity through the reactive layer is reduced.
