Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:A stretching apparatus comprises first conveyor for conveying strip mass of food dough along a traveling direction that is parallel to the strip of food dough; primary and/or secondary elongated roller that is orthogonal to the direction; vibrator for vibrating the primary and/or secondary elongated roller; and second conveyor for receiving the dough sheet from the gap. A stretching apparatus comprises first conveyor for conveying mass of strip of food dough along a traveling direction that is parallel to the length of the mass of the strip of food dough; primary and/or secondary elongated roller that is orthogonal to the traveling direction and is opposed to each other to provide a gap between them for receiving the incoming mass of the strip of dough from the first conveyor; vibrator for vibrating the primary and/or secondary elongated roller such that the elongated roller is opposed to and spaced apart from the corresponding elongated roller such that the incoming mass of the strip of food dough in the gap is stretched and rolled to form a dough sheet; and second conveyor for receiving the dough sheet from the gap and conveying the dough. An independent claim is also included for a method for stretching and rolling a strip mass of food dough to form a dough sheet comprising providing a primary and/or secondary elongated roller; and vibrating the primary and/or secondary elongated roller such that the elongated roller is opposed to and space apart from the elongated roller, where the incoming strip mass of food dough in the gap is stretched and rolled to form a dough sheet.
