Zusammenfassung:	A metal laminate comprises between two outer metal sheets an adhesive polymer layer. The polymer layer comprises a cross-linked polyethylene or its copolymer grafted with an unsaturated 1-6C carboxylic acid an/or its derivative. An independent claim is included for manufacture of the metal laminate involving providing a first and a second metal sheet, applying a polymer composition comprising cross-linked polyethylene grafted with an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its derivative onto the first metal sheet, applying the second metal sheet onto the polymer layer applied onto the first metal sheet to obtain a metal laminate and heating the metal laminate to complete the adhesion.
