Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:Prophylactic articles (e.g. medical gloves) with an elastomeric base layer (5) and an inner sliding layer (4) of polymeric material, in which active substances and/or colorants (especially as microcapsules) are contained between (5) and (4), within (4) and/or on the inside of (4), and layer (4) shows regularly-spaced elevations and depressions made by rapid removal of liquid. Multilayered prophylactic articles, e.g. medical gloves (2), comprising an elastomeric base layer (5) (e.g. synthetic or natural latex) with inner and outer surfaces (6, 7), in which at least part of the inner surface (7) has a sliding layer (4) of polymeric material with an inner surface (9) and an outer surface (8) facing the inside (7) of layer (5). Particles (11) containing active substance(s) and/or colorant(s) (I) (especially microcapsules with a particle diameter of 10-500 (preferably 40-300) microns) are situated on the inside surface (7) of the base layer (5) and/or between layers (5) and (4) and/or in layer (4) and/or on the inside (9) of layer (4), and/or a layer containing (I) may be inserted between (4) and (5). Layer (4) shows regularly recurring elevations and depressions with an irregular shape made by the rapid removal of liquid from (4), with 20-95 (preferably 40-75) % of the depressions extending through the entire thickness of l ayer (4). An independent claim is also included for a method for the production of such articles, by applying particles (especially microcapsules as above) at the above locations, preferably by dip-coating or spraying.
