The device comprises a composition made from a first catalyst with at least one precious metal on a support made from cerium oxide, titanium oxide or a mixture of zirconium oxide and titanium oxide, a second catalyst of the NOx-trapping type and optionally a third catalyst with at least an NOx-reducing function.
