Zusammenfassung:	The device (1) comprises a lancet needle (2) axially movable inside a housing. When the tip of the lancet (2) is retracted the small blood sample is collected in a gap in the bottom of the housing. The lid is made of a test strip (9) with a particular area positioned above the receptacle and to be used for the examination by the laboratory technician. The devices (1) are injection molded in a row (13) beside each other in a first step, covered by the test strip material (14) in a second step, and finally separated for individual use.
