There are pairs of rollers (13), connected together by a bar near the top and bottom straight portions of the housing. The front rollers (13') are winding rollers for the plastics or fabric bands (14) and the rear rollers (13'') are guide rollers. The pairs of rollers may be moved along a track (15) to narrow or close off the nozzle opening.
