Zusammenfassung: | An electrical contact (1a-b) comprises high conductive metal, refractory element made of metal nitride or metal oxide, and an active metal. the active metal is the same metal as the refractory element. Independent claims are included for: (1) manufacturing electric contact comprising heating and sintering a mixed powder with high conductive metal powder, active metal powder, and refractory element powder at = a melting point of the high conductive metal after pressure molding; (2) electrode for vacuum interrupter having disc like electrical contact, reinforcing plate bonded to the opposite surface to an arc generating surface in the electric contact, and electrode rod (4a-b) bonded to the reinforcing plate; (3) vacuum interrupter with fixed and movable side electrodes (9a-b) made by electrode; (4) vacuum circuit breaker with vacuum interrupter, conductive terminal connecting the fixed and movable side electrodes to with the vacuum container to various electrical equipment in an outer side of the vacuum interrupter, and opening and closing mechanisms driving the movable side electrode;and (5) switchgear for pad mount transformed having outer vacuum container, vacuum interrupters with fixed and movable side electrodes in vacuum container, flexible conductive electrically connecting the vacuum interpreters to each other, insulation tube (13) fixing the fixed side electrode to the outer vacuum in an insulative manner, and bellows (10) fixing the movable electrode to the outer vacuum container. |
