Zusammenfassung:	The invention concerns a method for preparing polymers of the polyurethane or polyester type, comprising the following steps which consist in: 1) contacting at least a first reagent comprising at least two radicals selected among the hydroxyl radical, the carboxylic acid radical or a combination thereof, with at least a second reagent having at least a function reacting with at least one of the radicals of the first reagent; one at least of two said reagents having one or several activated carbon-carbon double bonds; the contacting process being carried out optionally in the presence of a catalyst; 2) contacting the product resulting from the preceding step with at least an agent having two isocyanate functions, or two carboxylic acid functions, optionally in the presence of a catalyst. The invention also concerns the use of such polymers as binder or additive for paints and varnishes.
