Zusammenfassung:	The tool has a restraint mechanism (230) for providing a predetermined tension setting to provide a predetermined tension in line with a tensioning mechanism (120). The tensioning mechanism is operatively supported by a housing for tensioning a cable tie in predetermined tension setting. An external power delivery system (170) actuates the tensioning mechanism and a cutting mechanism (330). The external power delivery system provides power in line with the tensioning mechanism. The cutting mechanism is operatively supported by the housing to severe the excess tail portion of the tensioned cable tie.
