Zusammenfassung:The uncoated constraining layer (14) has a modulus of elasticity that is greater than the modulus of elasticity of the magnetic layer (11). A viscoelastic layer (17) joins the constraining layer to the surface of the magnetic layer, and has a modulus of elasticity that is less than the modulus of elasticity of the uncoated constraining layer so that all vibrational damping is effected in the viscoelastic layer.
