Throttle valve for compressed air or similar mediums and the use thereof in an air jet loom

The throttle valve has an electrical drive (27) with a motor. The motor is controlled to set the throttle gap (25) at various sizes through the positioning of the valve units (17,19) forming the throttle gap (25) between them.
