Method for acquiring the magnetic flux, the rotor position and/or the rotation speed

An improved generic procedure is proposed. Known voltage equations are employed, but the value of magnetic flux is not set constant. Instead the energy condition in the rotor magnet with influx is considered. During the determinations, the energy conditions in the rotor (2) are also considered.
