The elongate box (1) includes a base (4) and a hinged cover (5). These accommodate a movable spacer (8) which has a hollowed wedge-shaped configuration. The narrow end of the wedge is aligned with the hinge of the box, and the wider end provides a face (11) in which there is an aperture (15) to receive an outlet socket (16).
