Zusammenfassung:A digital contents sales system having at least a seller's processing unit (2), a purchaser's processing unit (1), and a mediating transaction management device (5), wherein the transaction management device comprises: management means (55) for managing a decryption key of digital contents to be sold through the seller's processing unit; and means (1020, 1500) for transmitting the decryption key to the purchaser's processing unit at a demand from the purchaser's processing unit.
