The limits are recorded as type functions in memories to excite the mode. The previous recordings are used to determine the number and type of the travel limits produced by end stops for detecting the position of the end stop. The end stop positions are recorded as the limits of the travel. An Independent claim is also included for the implementation of an actuator travel limit teaching process.
