Zusammenfassung:	In a fuel pump (10), four permanent magnets (30) are installed in a housing (12). An armature (40) is installed inside the permanent magnets (30) rotatably. Six magnetic pole coil portions (50) of the armature (40) are installed in a central core (42). Each magnetic pole coil portion (50) has a coil core (52), a bobbin (60) and a coil (62) formed by winding a winding on the bobbin (60) in a concentrated winding form. Each coil core (52) has an outer region (54) in opposition to the permanent magnet (30) in a direction of revolution, and a coil-winding portion (56), which extends from the outer region (54) toward the central core (42) and forms a shape of a board. Each bobbin (60) covers the coil core (52) except for the outer surface (55) of the outer region (54) and a convex portion (58).
