Zusammenfassung:	An assembly (1) opens a hose web (2) into a flat panel for further processing. The assembly has a central column (4) and opening sliding dome (9) with lever (20) operated spreader (13) bars (15, 16). The lever (20) deflects the bars esp. to an acute angle (alpha, beta) with respect to the column (4). The angle declines from the bar root to tip. The angle declines from tip to root with the square of the radial distance from the column (4) axis (19). The spreader bars are operated by a combination of side-struts (20, 21) and column (4) movement.
