Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a tubular fitting (1) for pull cords, comprising a wire bushing part (3) and a fixing element (2) with which it can be linked. Said fixing element (2) can be linked with an outer tube (26) of the pull cords, and within the tubular fitting (1) a dampening element (12, 13) each can be associated with the fixing element (2) as well as with the wire bushing part (3). A plurality of retaining elements (14, 15) are disposed on the fixing element and on the wire bushing part (3) and engage in associated recesses (16, 17) of the dampening elements (12, 13).
