Zusammenfassung:A filler body (F) occupies at least part of the space beneath the cover cap (26) in the top of the backrest for the guide for the headrest support rod (14).The filler body extends right down to the point (21) where the guide is joined to the backrest structure (22). The headrest is connected to the top end of at least one support rod having a lower region (19) inserted into a guide part such as seat sleeve. The guide part is secured to the backrest structure via e.g. an upper cross-bar and extends through a cover cap which rests on top of the backrest.
