Zusammenfassung:	The invention concerns a method for controlling the temperature of the air mass intake, during a cycle, into an internal combustion engine having at least three valves (5, 8) per cylinder which are individually controlled (11, 12), among which at least two intake valves. The invention is characterised in that it consists in adding a heat exchanger (14) to the intake conduit (6a) of one of the two intake valves, and in controlling (11, 13) the proportion of air intake through each valve so as to obtain a desired total air mass having a desired temperature.
