Zusammenfassung:	The sensor has electrically charged plate (64) chargeable with different frequencies. The complex conductance is measured between the plate (64) and the sensor plate (68) filled between the grains. A reference is charged with the same signal and its complex conductance is measured. A complex dielectric constant is calculated from both the measured conductance. An independent claim is included for measuring the moisture of grains.
