If the first cache (921-1) does not have the valid copy (190'), the first computer (901) identifies (440) the second computer (902) as supplier of a further copy (190'') of the object (190) by using a predefined digest matrix (141) of the first computer (901). The digest matrix (141) indicates that the further copy (190'') is stored in the second cache (922-1) of the second computer (902).
