Zusammenfassung:	The method involves regulating the speed of a motor with a higher speed (N1) to at least one further, lower speed (N2) with a circuit connected to an electrical supply. In a first prioritized step regulation is restricted to a lower preselected motor voltage depending on a preselected speed. In a second step the effective motor voltage is regulated in the restricted range depending on the torque (M) required for regulating to the constant speed. AN Independent claim is also included for a circuit for universal electric motor revolution rate regulation.
