Zusammenfassung:	A mixing arrangement comprises a vertical feed shaft (11) for the base material; a mixing chamber (7) arranged below the shaft for collecting the liquid added; and a rotating mixing tool (8). A propeller (15) rotating about a vertical axis is arranged in the feed shaft. Individual segments of the propeller are blade-free in the periphery direction. Preferred Features: The propeller rotates at a speed of at least 200, preferably 300-3000 min. The shaft surrounds the propeller. The propeller is mounted on the upper end of the mixing tool. The shaft is cylindrical and conically tapers.
