Zusammenfassung:	The safety gas tap has 2 valves (V1,V2) positioned one after the other in the gas flow direction, their valve plates (10.1,10.2) held in the closed position against the valve seats (11.1,11.2) via springs and moved into the open position via an electromagnetic or electric motor setting device (17). Each valve plate has an associated holding magnet (15.1,15.2), brought into contact with a valve plate part (13,13.2) via the setting device and energized for lifting the valve plate upon operation of the setting device in the opposite direction.
