Zusammenfassung:For printing, a plate surface is prepared with zones which accept and reject ink. The inking zones have set ink acceptance characteristics. The ink is applied to the surface as particles, where the ink molecules and/or pigments are structured to match the characteristics of the ink acceptors and cling to them. The ink is transferred from their zones to the surface to be printed, giving the required printing. The ink acceptance zones are formed by electromagnetic rays and especially by a laser or an ultra violet mask, or other light source with a short wavelength. Or a layer on the printing plate (20) is removed where ink is to be accepted. The zones are indexed (42-45) to attract and hold the ink colors (42'-45').
