Zusammenfassung:The servo steering system has an adjusting drive (10) for wheels, a drive unit of servo pump (20) and electric motor (22) to supply steering support, a steering wheel, and a position sensor (36). The process determines whether the adjusting drive approaches an end position, and if this is the case, the drive unit is actuated to provide steering support. The position sensor determines the absolute position of the adjusting drive, and its advance towards an end position.
