Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method for filtration and/or stabilisation of fluids, in particular of beer and a pre-coated filter for application therein, with a filter vessel comprising an inlet for pre-filtrate into a pre-filtrate chamber, several filter elements arranged in the pre-filtrate chamber and an outlet for the filtrate. In order to achieve an improved coating and a reduction in the amount of inert agent, at least one outlet for the pre-filtrate is arranged in the pre-filtrate chamber.
